Satan is called the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10). But his accusations have lost their power over us because of the cross. Paul writes that Jesus disarmed principalities and powers, has made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them (Colossians 2:15).
We have been set free, not only from their accusations of our unworthiness, but we have also received the power to overcome their snares (Colossians 2:13).
