If the words edifies the hearer (Proverbs 15:23)
If the words are timely (Proverbs 15:23)
If the words are pure (Proverbs 15:26)
If the words are pleasant (Proverbs 16:24)
If the words bring peace (Romans 14:19)
If the words bring comfort (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
if the words bring grace to the hearer (Ephesians 4:29)
